Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an EUC Dev Ops Engineer to lead the management and optimization of our DEX platform, with Nexthink as the core tool. You will partner with EUC, InfoSec, and other IT teams to drive actionable insights and improve the digital workplace.

You will design dashboards, automate monitoring, and integrate DEX data with CMDB and ticketing systems. Strong scripting, endpoint management experience, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EUC, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms.

• Familiarity with endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

As an EUC Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the management and optimization of our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, with a focus on tools like Nexthink. This role is critical to enhancing visibility into end-user device health, performance, and experience across the enterprise.

You’ll be the primary engineer responsible for configuring, maintaining, and evolving our DEX tooling, partnering closely with EUC, InfoSec, and other IT teams to drive actionable insights and improve the digital workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end administration/operation of Nexthink or similar DEX platforms, ensuring optimal performance and governance.
• Design and implement dashboards, alerts, and automation to monitor device health and user experience
• Collaborate with other IS teams to align device inventory, compliance, and telemetry data
• Develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems (e.g., CMDB, patching tools, ticketing platforms)
• Support reporting and analytics for device compliance, performance, and usage trends
• Drive continuous improvement in DEX strategy and tooling based on business needs and user feedback
• Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and DevOps best practices within EUC

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in EUC, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms (e.g., Lakeside, ControlUp)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of device compliance frameworks and lifecycle management

Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud-based EUC environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Cloud)
• Exposure to ITIL practices and service management workflows
• Understanding of InfoSec policies and endpoint security tools

The starting pay range for this position is:

$109,500.00 - $146,200.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
