Job summary

Fundació per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya is recruiting a Project Support Technician for UOC-TECH, the Research Centre for Ethical Technologies and Connectivity for Humanity, within the ChildTech group. The role supports the Erasmus+ INTouch project and the COIL methodology across five countries.

Responsibilities include project management, budget tracking, meeting coordination, data collection, ethical approvals, and dissemination of findings.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and financial reporting of European research and higher education projects (Erasmus+ KA2/KA220).
• Knowledge of mixed-methods research and qualitative/quantitative analysis in social sciences.
• Familiarity with intersectional approaches, inclusive education, and GDPR in research with vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: coordinating European consortium, meeting deadlines per Gantt chart, liaising with partners and SEPIE.
• Quality and Financial Control: budget tracking, risk management, and monitoring tasks via project management software.
• Committee Support: organizing meetings, minutes, and logistics for consortiums and advisory committees.
• Scientific and Technical Support: assisting Principal Investigator with mixed-methods designs, coordinating data collection, and integration.
• Ethics and Data: supporting ethical approvals and maintaining the Data Management Plan.
• Dissemination: drafting scientific reports and co-managing project communications.
