ACE Money Transfer Limited seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager - EU to oversee compliance across ACE Money Transfer Ireland Limited. You will drive monitoring plans, review policies, and provide independent challenge to ensure regulatory controls align with Irish and EU frameworks.

Reporting to Head of AML & Compliance with dotted line to CEO, you will partner with Legal and Internal Audit to strengthen governance and deliver timely remediation across fintech operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, oversight and assurance.
• Ability to develop and run risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plans.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance across functions.
• Review and update policies to align with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Report monitoring outcomes and remediation progress to governance.
• Provide regulatory guidance and training to business teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Internal Audit and governance committees.
