Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience within a regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks: PSD2, AMLD, EBA Guidelines, MiCAR.
• Experience in financial crime (AML/CFT, sanctions) and regulatory advisory.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Proven mentoring or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable compliance framework across AML/CFT, sanctions, and governance.
• Translate PSD2/3, AMLD6 and EBA Guidelines into practical requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and thematic reviews to close compliance gaps.
• Embed compliance into product development lifecycles with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver regulatory reporting to senior management on time.
• Mentor and grow the compliance team.
