Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Product Manager for the Trading Experience & Institutional team to own the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and optimization of institutional client services and core trading products.

You will bridge institutional-grade requirements with crypto trading infrastructure, driving strategy across margins, derivatives, dashboards, BI analytics, and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience in internet-based B2B platforms, financial trading products, or B2B data/BI products (or 2+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Proven ability to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives with at least 1 year on a live product or launching a trading/B2B product from scratch.
• Deep understanding of financial trading concepts (stocks, futures, forex, or digital currency derivatives) with personal trading interest or professional experience.
• Exceptional multi-dimensional data analysis skills, strong logical thinking, and high-quality product documentation capabilities (PRDs, workflows, data mapping).
• Self-motivated, accountable team player with strong cross-team communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent/Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and optimization of the institutional client service platform.
• Own the continuous delivery and optimization of financial trading products across crypto derivatives, spot, margin, and structured products.
• Conduct deep competitive research and user analysis to identify key feature highlights for professional clients.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development to translate requirements into PRDs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collect feedback from institutional clients and stakeholders, evaluate, prioritize, and drive resolution.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager within our Trading Experience & Institutional team, you will own the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and optimization of our institutional client service platforms and core financial trading products. You will bridge institutional-grade platform requirements with cutting-edge crypto trading infrastructure—driving product strategy across margin/derivatives trading, institutional dashboards, BI analytics, and client onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Institutional Platform Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of the institutional client service platform. Define client dashboard requirements, business needs, and data/analytics reporting for institutional, corporate, and professional traders.
• Financial Product Innovation: Own the continuous delivery and optimization of financial trading products across crypto derivatives, spot, margin, and structured products. Continually monitor market evolution and operational data to drive innovation in platform logic and trading workflows.
• Client & Market Research: Conduct deep competitive research and user analysis to identify critical feature highlights that elevate the trading experience for professional clients, funds, and quantitative market makers.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development teams to translate business and market requirements into seamless PRDs, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule and adhere to high quality standards.
• Backlog & Issue Prioritization: Collect feedback, operational challenges, and strategic feature requests from institutional clients and internal stakeholder teams; evaluate, prioritize, and drive efficient resolution.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant product management experience in internet-based B2B platforms, financial trading products, or B2B data/BI products (or 2+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Track Record: Proven ability to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives, with at least 1 year of tenure on a successful live product or a demonstrated record of launching a trading/B2B product from scratch.
• Domain Expertise: Deep logical understanding of financial trading concepts (stocks, futures, forex, or digital currency derivatives) combined with personal trading interest or professional experience.
• Analytical & Technical Rigor: Exceptional multi-dimensional data analysis skills, strong logical thinking, and high-quality product documentation capabilities (PRDs, workflows, data mapping).
• Leadership & Execution: Self-motivated, highly accountable team player with outstanding cross-team communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Fluent/Professional English proficiency (spoken and written) as a primary working language.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Prior product management experience directly at a tier-1 cryptocurrency exchange or fintech trading platform.
• Experience in quantitative trading products, API product development (REST/WebSocket), or blockchain on/off-ramp mechanisms.
• Familiarity with broader traditional finance instruments including securities, funds, bonds, and institutional compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, Travel Rule, KYC pipelines).
