Job summary

S-PRO is seeking a legally trained professional to draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts with emphasis on European and international jurisdictions. You will handle disputes, support data privacy/IP compliance, and work closely with C‑levels, HR, and Sales to ensure contractual integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with 1–3 years IT law experience.
• Proven EU contract law experience and familiarity with EU regulatory landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex IT agreements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in managing legal disputes or claims.
• English proficiency at least intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote IT-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with a strong focus on European and international jurisdictions.
• Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues arising in contractual relationships, ensuring company interests are protected.
• Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, IP, and software licensing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (C‑level, HR, Sales) to ensure legal compliance within business processes and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain efficient processes for contract management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Keep up‑to‑date with European IT and data privacy laws, ensuring compliance in all business operations.
