Storyblok is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our fully remote team. You will lead SaaS sales contract negotiations for the EMEA region, drafting and redlining MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and ToS, while advising on privacy, employment, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and external counsel to deliver practical, business-minded legal support across regions including AMER.

Formación

• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal stakeholders
• Interested in learning fast and participating in legal projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership

Responsabilidades

• Lead redlining and negotiation of SaaS enterprise contracts (MSA, ToS, NDA, DPA) for the EMEA region
• Advise on data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk
• Review and negotiate partnership agreements in EMEA
• Lead procurement and marketing contracts as needed
• Provide legal training and develop governance standards
