Based in Europe with right to work, you’ll leverage 3+ years of in-house or law-firm experience, fluency in English and German, and a broad generalist background to guide strategic initiatives and ensure robust

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house legal or law firm.
• Strong data privacy knowledge and e-commerce regulations.
• Generalist with commercial, compliance, and regulatory experience.
• Fluency in English and German; other languages a plus.
• Degree in Austrian/German Law; Austrian law experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on legal risks and practical solutions.
• Support market entries, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Own and improve legal processes, templates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with current and future e-commerce, technology and platform regulations.
• Provide legal guidance and support for strategic initiatives and business projects.
• Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with data protection laws and ensure security of customer data and company information.
