Responsibilities

• Build and grow a team of engineers focused on ownership and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Coach ICs and managers to drive product and technical decisions with minimal process overhead.
• Lead by example with hands-on coding when needed while enabling teams to run autonomously.
• Improve data generation, testing, and developer experience to accelerate delivery.
