Job summary
Alpaca is expanding its EU brokerage infrastructure and seeks a Product Manager to own the EU roadmap, define strategy, and deliver regulated brokerage features for the EU market. You will work with regulators, partners, and internal teams to scale the platform across equities, ETFs, tax wrappers, and related offerings.
You will translate regulatory requirements into product requirements, manage ROI analysis, and coordinate with EU operations to ensure compliant, scalable solutions for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and EU/financial services experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own EU brokerage product portfolio end-to-end, including strategy and delivery.
- Define and ship product initiatives across equities, ETFs, and tax wrappers.
- Collaborate with regulators, partners, and internal teams to meet regulatory standards.
- Develop ROI analysis and market comparisons to drive strategy and roadmap.
- Write product requirements and work with engineers to implement features.
- Improve operations efficiency across regional settlement, custody, and clearing workflows.
- Lead customer calls to gather insights and translate into product improvements.
- Report status and results to regional partners and institutional clients.
