Job summary
Alpaca is expanding its brokerage infrastructure into the GCC, building a regional product portfolio for Saudi Arabia and the UAE. As Product Manager, you will define strategy, ship features, and coordinate with regulators, partners, and internal teams to make Alpaca the platform of choice across the Kingdom and beyond.
This role blends strategy and delivery, with ownership of regulatory alignment, connectivity to Tadawul and regional infrastructure, and delivery of Sharia-compliant offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in Product Management or related roles in fintech.
- Experience with brokerage or capital markets in GCC.
- Strong Arabic and English communication.
- Understanding CMA and Tadawul frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define Saudi and GCC brokerage product strategy and roadmap.
- Own regional connectivity and regulatory alignment.
- Write PRDs and work with engineers to execute.
- Collaborate with regulators CMA, Tadawul, Edaa.
- Lead stakeholder engagements and partner onboarding.
- Drive regional settlement, custody, and clearing workflows.
