Job summary

respond.io is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our EU team. You will qualify prospects, assess their goals, and determine if they align with our product capabilities, converting them into meetings with Account Executives.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in English and Italian, build relationships with potential clients, and become a product expert who can articulate respond.io’s value across EU markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English and Italian with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
• Desire to pursue a career in sales and a consistent track record of overachieving.

Responsibilities

• Drive EU pipeline growth alongside Sales Executives.
• Create personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, for key prospects & customer accounts.
• Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
• Become a product expert and learn to articulate respond.io’s value to potential clients effectively.|
• Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM, including progress made, follow-up activities, and next steps.
• Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Identify and propose improvements to optimize results.
