Job summary

ETS Vision in Longview, WA is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join a full patient base. The practice offers a balanced mix of medical and routine examinations and is equipped with Visual Field, OCT, and Optos. Monday through Friday schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a valid Washington optometry license. Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000–$160,000 plus production bonuses, along with PTO, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• OD degree and Washington license required.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope optometric exams.
• Balance medical and routine exams for patients.
• Manage 20–24 patients per day with 1–2 office visits.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
