Job summary

ETS Vision seeks an optometrist to join a well-established private practice just north of Seattle. The role can be part-time or full-time, with a typical 9-5 schedule Monday–Friday and shorter Saturdays. You will manage 12-14 patients daily using OCT, Optomap, and other diagnostics in a busy private practice.

You’ll perform refractions, myopia management, ocular diagnostics, and perioperative care, with tech support and opportunities for specialty contact lens experience. Full benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and a WA optometric license.
• Experience preferred; willingness to see patients in a private practice setting.
• Candidates not living in central/south Seattle favored due to commute considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and full-scope optometry services as per schedule.
• Manage refractive care, myopia and ocular disease diagnostics and perioperative care.
• Utilize techs for pretesting and collaborate within a medical building setting.

Privatepractice35minsnorthofSeattleseekingpart-timeorfull-timeoptometrist–ExperiencepreferredAwell-establishedprivatepracticeishiringanoptometristforanywherefrom3-5daysperweek.ThepracticeisopenMondaythroughFriday,typicallyfrom9-5,andonSaturdaysfrom9-2,andthedoctorstakea1-hourlunchdaily.Thepracticeisequippedwithadryeyesuite(IdraandOptiLIGHT),3fullexamlanes,OCT,visualfield,Optomap(about60-70%ofpatientsoptin),topography,OptoPlus,etc.

Thepracticeprovidesamultitudeofservices,includingmyopiamanagement,oculardiseasediagnosticsandmanagement,perioperativecare(morecataractthanrefractive),contactlens(specialtylensexperiencewouldbeaplus),androutinerefractions.ThenewODcanpracticeeitherprimarycare,doingrefractions,ortheycanpracticefull-scope.
