Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Advisor to support the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Systems team. You will translate business needs into clear demand items, develop requirements, and coordinate releases across delivery and vendor teams.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent and 4+ years in IT support, systems analysis, or related fields, with strong collaboration and communication skills in a hybrid office/virtual environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or two-year technical diploma with experience.
• 4+ years in IT support, systems analysis, or related functions.
• Practical knowledge of ETRM, commodity or financial risk management.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions and supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear demand items for the ETRM Systems team.
• Assist with demand prioritization, backlog management, and delivery readiness.
• Develop requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Coordinate enhancements, releases, and production readiness across teams.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Document standards and seek improvements in systems and processes.
