Job summary

You will customize workflows, reports, and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Strong C#/.NET and SQL Server skills are essential, with experience in API integrations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (required).
• 2–4 years of hands-on application development experience (required).
• Strong development skills in C#/.NET and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience working with enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience leveraging evolving AI tools for troubleshooting and increased deployment velocity.
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn Allegro ETRM functionality and energy trading business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable solutions within the Allegro ETRM platform to meet evolving business requirements.
• Customize and configure Allegro workflows, reports, and integrations to support trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Allegro modules in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Allegro and upstream/downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing activities.
• Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity within SQL Server environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and support activities.
