Job summary

Oxy in Houston seeks an experienced Allegro Developer for the IT Marketing Systems group. You will design and support Allegro ETRM solutions, tailor workflows, and integrate systems to support trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting processes.

Responsibilities include debugging, upgrading, and maintaining interfaces, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A CS/IS degree and 2–4 years of development experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on application development experience is required.
• Strong development skills in C# / .NET and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience with enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience leveraging evolving AI tools for troubleshooting and increased deployment velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable solutions within the Allegro ETRM platform to meet evolving business requirements.
• Customize and configure Allegro workflows, reports, and integrations to support trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Allegro modules in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Allegro and upstream/downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing activities.
• Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity within SQL Server environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and support activities.
