ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced ETRM System Analyst to support Allegro for US Power Trading. You will act as the primary analyst, perform incident triage, and help optimize performance and reliability.

The role involves small development tasks in C# and MSSQL, system configuration, documentation, and coordination with global teams to deliver stable, scalable energy trading solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Allegro/ETRM configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of US Power markets and trading concepts.
• Basic Windows Server administration and command of incident triage.
• Ability to document technical issues and share knowledge with teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading.
• Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis).
• System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL.
• Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams.
