Job summary

Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company is seeking a proactive Project Scheduler to coordinate schedules, priorities, and project information within an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment in Santa Maria, CA. You will work with master production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and PLM tools to support on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will learn to identify scheduling challenges, develop plans, and monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects, contributing to efficient resource utilization

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP ECC and Fiori experience preferred.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems; Dassault Enovia preferred.
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings, technical specs, BOMs, and related design documentation.
• Strong ability to collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, project management, and supply chain functions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope against S&OP, capacity, and commitments to propose delivery lead times.
• Configure and schedule projects with WBS, activity networks, and referenced BOMs.
• Plan and monitor projects under the master production schedule; report progress and budget progress.
• Analyze schedule and resource impacts; evaluate alternatives and recovery options.
• Evaluate and process sales order changes and adjust plans accordingly.
