Job summary

Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company is seeking a motivated project and production scheduler to drive on-time delivery in a dynamic ETO manufacturing environment. You will coordinate schedules, priorities, and project information to optimize resources and meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities include initiating projects, configuring schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving capacity/load constraints while collaborating with master scheduling, MRP, and materials handling teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working across manufacturing, engineering, project management, and supply chain functions.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and business systems.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP ECC and Fiori preferred.
• Experience with PLM systems; Dassault Enovia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope against the plan and capacity to propose achievable delivery lead times.
• Configure and schedule projects with WBS, activities, and BOM references.
• Plan and monitor networks of activities, track hours/materials budgets and progress.
• Analyze schedule and resource impacts during unplanned events and propose recovery plans.
• Evaluate sales order changes for impact on schedules and resources and implement revised plans.
