Konecranes is seeking an Electrical Assembly Lead in Houston, TX. The role focuses on leading electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of custom overhead cranes, ensuring safety and quality across all activities.

The candidate will provide direct leadership to electrical assembly personnel, drive accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence, and ensure cranes are fully functional and ready for shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Proficient in industrial wiring, crane systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to lead electrical assembly teams and manage production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical assemblers, technicians, and wiring personnel.
• Oversee installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with NEC/UL/CSA and customer specs.
