Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the transformation of the engineered to order (ETO) process for their North America Equipment business. This role focuses on improving customer experiences and expanding profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of continuous improvement experience and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include managing ETO delivery improvements and leading projects through the full lifecycle. This position may require onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodology.
• 3+ years of experience managing improvement projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support North America ETO delivery improvement for quoting and design processes.
• Identify and prioritize profitability expansion opportunities through customer satisfaction improvements.
• Lead projects ensuring accountability to timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Manage and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive adoption of changes to improve business profitability.
