Job summary

Carrier is seeking a dynamic Program Manager for its Commercial HVAC business to lead the transformation of the engineered to order (ETO) process. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience and expanding profitability through a variety of improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing projects for profitability growth and communicating project statuses to stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in Lean methodologies and project management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodology.
• 2+ years of experience managing improvement projects through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support North America ETO delivery improvement for quoting and design processes.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for profitability expansion through customer satisfaction.
• Manage project status including milestones, risks, and action items.
• Drive adoption of changes to improve profitability.
