Job summary

SP Industries, an ATS Company, located in Warminster, PA, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily execution across fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, test, and production support.

The role drives safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement in a project-based, engineer-to-order capital equipment environment. It is designed to develop leadership capability for future operations roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of manufacturing/production/industrial operations experience.
• 2+ years leading people, shifts, or production teams.
• Demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and associates.
• Manage daily production priorities, labor allocation, and schedule attainment.
• Champion a Safety-First culture and ensure site procedural compliance.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, standard work, and visual management initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service to meet milestones.
