Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc in Souderton, PA is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor & Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to lead daily fabrication operations, drive process optimization, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain to optimize workflow, implement Lean CI initiatives, and support new product introductions through manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years fabrication manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day fabrication operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production.
Coach, train, and develop fabrication staff through performance feedback and cross-training.
Support material planning, procurement, and collaboration with Supply Chain.
Drive Lean initiatives, waste reduction, and process standardization.
Partner with Engineering, Planning and Operations to optimize workflow and scheduling.
