Job summary

B4Corp is seeking an ETL Java developer in Bethesda, MD for an immediate need. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and offers an annual salary up to $100,000.

The position emphasizes DevOps, big data, and cloud-enabled ELT workflows within a DevOps framework. Responsibilities include designing large-scale ingest systems, building ELT processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph is required.
• ETL development experience including data ingestion and ELT processes.
• Strong Java development and data processing skills in a cloud environment.
• Familiar with Spring, NiFi, Kafka, Elasticsearch and cloud data services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale data ingest systems in a big data environment.
• Develop ELT processes to support data objectives and enterprise needs.
• Optimize data storage, access, and visualization for enterprise requirements.
• Code and test using Java, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit and Katalon.
• Develop and integrate software solutions for automated deployment and DevOps practices.
• Leverage Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud data services.
• Coordinate with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align user stories.
• Document system development and deployment across environments using GitFlow.
