B4Corp is seeking a Java Developer to provide Agile DevOps support for mission-critical systems in Bethesda, MD. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and focuses on building scalable Java backend microservices within a DevOps framework.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy backend services, mentor teammates, and coordinate cloud-based deployments using AWS/GCP/Azure services. Expect collaboration across SAFe teams and adherence to strict security and performance standards.

Qualificações

• Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph.
• Extensive Java and Spring Framework experience, microservices architecture.
• Agile DevOps experience across SDLC and SAFe context.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud data services.
• Experience with data tech: Elasticsearch, Postgres, DynamoDB, Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, S3.
• JUnit and scripting in Python/Bash for automation.
• Version control and issue tracking systems expertise.
• Master's or Doctorate with extensive relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test and maintain high-performance Java backend microservices.
• Guide architecture, lead code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Implement testing with JUnit and Katalon; enable automated deployments.
• Prototype and deploy solutions on cloud platforms using platform services.
• Coordinate infra needs driven by software to support missions.
• Support SAFe Agile practices with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Document deployments across environments using GitFlow and DevOps tools.
• Apply software development best practices to meet customer needs.
