Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a remote ETL Data Operations Specialist for a direct-hire role. Key Responsibilities: Data Handling and Processing:

• Perform regular data exports using CSV files and data extraction tools
• Clean and transform exported data using spreadsheet software to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Match and align similar data fields across multiple datasets in preparation for import
• Format and prepare data files for bulk upload into internal systems
• Execute data uploads using appropriate tools, following established data governance and quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of all data import and export activities
  
  

Team Coordination

• Assign and manage data transformation tasks across a distributed team
• Clearly communicate task requirements, timelines, and priorities
• Monitor task progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Act as a liaison for the data transformation team on task-related questions
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with client-facing teams to ensure accurate and current account and contact data
• Communicate discrepancies or update needs to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill bulk data requests efficiently
• Support data-related initiatives and projects across departments
  
  

Data Quality And Governance

• Identify and report data quality issues within internal systems
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of data quality standards
• Assist with data cleanup and deduplication efforts
  
  

Process Documentation And Improvement

• Document procedures for data import/export and transformation workflows
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data operations
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data import/export processes in enterprise platforms
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with data loading utilities or similar tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
