Job summary

The Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) seeks an Ethics, Wellness, and Practice Program Manager & Counsel II to lead the Professional Responsibility Program and supervise the Wellness and Practice Management Assistance programs. The role conducts ethics guidance, CLE presentations, and member consultations, guiding staff and coordinating with the Advancement Director.

Hybrid work with WA residency requirements.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent licensure to practice in the State of Washington.
• Experience delivering continuing legal education is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Responsibility Program, including ethics guidance and CLE presentations.
• Develop education materials and participate in authoring articles and resources for WSBA-CLE and other groups.
• Serve as staff liaison to the Committee on Professional Ethics and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee the Practice Management Assistance and Member Wellness Programs, ensuring cohesive operation.
• Supervise staff and contribute to program strategy, policies, and budget planning.
