Washington State Bar Association is seeking an Ethics, Wellness, and Practice Program Manager & Counsel II to lead the Professional Responsibility Program, providing ethics guidance through CLE presentations, articles, and member consultations.

The role also oversees the Member Wellness Program and the Practice Management Assistance Program, ensuring these programs operate cohesively within the Advancement Department.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or successful completion of the WSBA Law Clerk Program (APR 6) or other qualifying programs to practice in WA state.
• MBA or Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management is preferred.
• Education or certification in mental health or wellness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Responsibility Program by providing ethics guidance through CLE presentations, articles, and member consultations.
• Oversee the Member Wellness Program and the Practice Management Assistance Program.
• Support daily operations, staffing, and strategic planning in collaboration with program leaders and the Advancement Director.
