The 12-month, full-time role leads ethics initiatives, workshops, and strategic partnerships, guiding curriculum and community engagement across school divisions and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ethics, philosophy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in K-12.
• Experience developing ethics curricula.
• Ability to engage students, parents, and national audiences.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Program Leadership: Teach ethics courses and lead faculty in integrating ethics into coursework across divisions; oversee ethics curriculum development and student publications.
• Event & External Programming: Coordinate regional and national ethics bowls, host workshops, and provide professional development.
• Strategic Partnerships & Thought Leadership: Build partnerships, present at conferences, and publish blogs/newsletters/case studies.
• Community Engagement: Serve on internal advisory boards and collaborate with parent liaisons to deliver programming aligned with the school's mission.
