Job summary

Beloved Community in the United States is hiring an Associate Director to lead diverse, inclusive, and equitable content for our Equity at Home, Equity in Schools, and Equity at Work strands.

You will oversee curriculum and tool development, facilitate workshops and training, onboard cohort facilitators, and manage subcontractors and part-time program facilitators under the Director of Education & Programming to ensure the highest standard of equity curriculum and culture facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum and tool development for Equity at Home, Equity in Schools, and Equity at Work strands.
• Facilitate capacity-building workshops and training for cohort participants.
• Onboard and provide support for cohort facilitators.
• Manage subcontractors and part-time program facilitators.
• Under the guidance of the Director of Education & Programming, ensure high-quality equity curriculum and culture facilitation.
