Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of advanced knowledge of ethical, corporate compliance.
• Ability to apply Federal Sentencing Guidelines concepts to organizational compliance.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences and leading ethics programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains awareness of compliance practices in health insurance environments.
• Develops content and tools to help management understand ethics and policies.
• Analyzes ethics survey data and prepares board-ready reports showing trends.
• Reviews and revises Compliance & Ethics SOPs at least annually.
• Promotes a culture of ethics and compliance and serves as a role model.
