Job summary

You will co-develop and oversee the compliance monitoring program, policy management, and the COI/Code of Conduct integration, while preparing high-level reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 2 years in compliance, legal, audit, or related field.
• Experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows.
• Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred.
• Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide inventory of compliance-required functions.
• Co-develops the compliance monitoring program, including methodologies and reporting.
• Oversees the policy management program.
• Leads enhancements to the COI program, including integration into the unified Code of Conduct.
• Conducts or leads ethics investigations, including sensitive cases.
• Prepares high-level reports for leadership and governance bodies.
• Serves as a core member of the GRC implementation team.
