Job summary

Santee Cooper in Moncks Corner, SC seeks a Leader for complex compliance initiatives, conducting investigations and offering subject-matter expertise with significant independence and cross-functional influence.

You will co-develop and oversee the compliance monitoring program, policy management, and the COI/Code of Conduct integration, while preparing high-level reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 2 years in compliance, legal, audit, or related field.
• Experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows.
• Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred.
• Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial.

Compensation Information

$67,720 - $105,210 (min. - mid.)

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, and qualifications.
