L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Counsel (Ethics & Compliance Officer) to lead internal investigations and drive a scalable ethics program. The role partners with legal, HR, finance, and operations to ensure rapid yet compliant resolution of concerns and to promote an ethical culture across the enterprise.

The ECO will advise on ethics topics, develop metrics, and implement training initiatives while leveraging NAVEX or CaseIQ platforms for efficient case management and reporting to

Qualifications

• In-house or law enforcement experience in ethics, compliance and investigations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace/defense/government contracting.
• Strong interview and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough internal investigations with document reviews and interviews.
• Triage, review, and resolve reports from Helpline and other channels.
• Develop clear protocols, templates and training for investigators.
• Assess and resolve ethics & compliance inquiries and conflicts of interest.
• Advise employees on ethical matters and coordinate with HR/Legal on actions.
