Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS/MA in a related field such as Business, Risk Management, Compliance, Law, Public Policy, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research related to regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging risks.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and governance documents.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Help identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and operations, including from an AI perspective.
• Participate in compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and program evaluations.
• Assist in developing employee communications, training materials, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple business functions and compliance disciplines.
• Present findings and recommendations to Ethics & Compliance leadership.
