The program combines hands-on work with learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking and engagement opportunities, and resources designed to support your professional growth. This program offers students meaningful, real-world experience while building foundational technical and business skills in a Fortune 500 organization. The Ethics & Compliance Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple compliance disciplines while supporting strategic initiatives that advance Assurant's culture of integrity and responsible innovation. Through a rotational program, the intern will work with a number of Ethics & Compliance teams, contributing to projects involving regulatory compliance, ethics and investigations, policy governance, risk management, and emerging technologies. A key component of the internship will be a capstone project focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Ethics & Compliance.
