Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance activities by helping teams apply frameworks, policies, and oversight practices across the firm.
• Analyze information, identify trends, and assess how risks are being managed across businesses, processes, and functions.
• Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance, monitoring, compliance efforts, and responsible AI oversight.
• Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, AI, and enterprise risk.
• Explore how AI, automation, analytics, and data‑driven tools can improve risk identification, enhance controls, support decision‑making, and create more efficient ways of working.
• Help teams think critically about AI‑related risks, including accuracy, explainability, data quality, privacy, control effectiveness, regulatory expectations, and appropriate human oversight.
