Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a hands-on Ethics & Compliance Analyst to support the US ethics and compliance function, based in Tampa. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, data review, and analytics within a fast-paced, growing international environment. It reports to the Manager, Ethics & Legal Operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of experience in ethics/compliance, and proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Occasional travel and collaboration with HR are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ethics and compliance in a corporate context for an international organization.
• Proficient with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or strong interest in designing and implementing compliance programs (particularly with a view to simplifying data, systems, and controls to suit our business).

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Ethics & Legal Operations in day-to-day operations, development, implementation, and ongoing review of CAE's ethics and compliance programs.
• Communicate key concepts through training and support on applicable laws and guidelines.
• Coordinate corrective and remediation efforts related to ethics and compliance programs.
• Support investigations, research, documentation, and data reviews related to business compliance and ethics matters.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and ethics files to ensure insights into program effectiveness.
