McKinsey & Company is seeking a qualified professional to support the Advanced Industries Compliance, USD, and E&C programs in the United States. You will execute defined elements of the USD and related workstreams, deliver structured outputs, and help refine processes across USD, Insider Risk, and A&D facility clearances.

The role emphasizes independent, analytical work, rigorous documentation, and collaboration with leadership to improve compliance operations and data visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (in information security a plus).
• 3+ years of administrative experience in a related function.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
• Broad communications skills across external/internal channels.
• Discretion with confidential materials and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute aspects of Advanced Industries Compliance and USD program.
• Assist with developing operational framework for USD, Insider Risk and A&D workstreams.
• Track USD and Insider Risk implementations and support leadership calls.
• Produce organized deliverables and flag issues with resolutions.
• Support continuous improvements to the compliance program and analytics capabilities.
