Job summary

CRG is seeking a mid-senior professional to support testing of Ethics & Integrity controls, evaluate evidence, document conclusions, and track remediation activities arising from assurance reviews. The role contributes to management's evaluation of material controls under governance standards and works with country, regional and Group stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Ability to review evidence and draft assurance findings.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience working in large, international organizations.
• Knowledge of internal controls frameworks and risk-based methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of risk-based testing of Ethics & Integrity controls.
• Assess whether controls mitigate key ethics and integrity risks.
• Perform operating effectiveness testing through evidence evaluation and stakeholder discussions.
• Document testing procedures, observations and conclusions with rationale.
• Identify control deficiencies and remediation opportunities across groups.
