GSA seeks a General Attorney to serve as an Ethics attorney in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The role focuses on providing guidance on ethics rules, disclosure processes, and related investigations as part of the Ethics Law Division.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction required.
• At least two years of professional legal experience after admission to the bar required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and opinions on ethics standards and criminal conflict of interest statutes.
• Participate in financial disclosure reporting and communicate with filers.
• Assist supervisory attorneys and OIG in investigations of ethics-related violations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for ethics-related questions from program clients.
• Assist with coordinating ethics training programs.
