This role emphasizes a professional, customer‑focused approach, strict adherence to FDCPA, and collaboration with attorneys. A high school diploma is required; college degrees are preferred, and experience in collections or call centers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous collections experience required.
• HS diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with collections software and MS Office; FDCPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced collections environment.
• Maintain and update assigned accounts within the collections system daily.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per guidelines.
• Verify and confirm customer account details and banking information.
• Communicate professionally with consumers, attorneys, and third-party representatives.
• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and client policies; assist with projects and tasks.
