Job summary

Dcp Midstream is seeking a Full-time Plant Operator to oversee the ethanol plant operations, including the corn flaking system and co-products equipment. The role requires a 3-day on/3-day off schedule from midnight to noon and hands-on operation of production processes with diligent documentation and safety practices.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of process segments, stream adjustment for efficiency, sampling and reporting, and participation in plant turn-arounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ethanol plant processes to ensure efficient production.
• Work a 3 days on/3 days off shift from midnight to noon.
• Start up and shut down process segments as needed.
• Adjust process streams and inputs to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Document production data and sample results accurately.
• Assist with maintenance troubleshooting and inventory control.
• Operate flaking systems and related equipment as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and calibration of lab and control areas.
• Support plant turn-arounds and routine operations.
