Job summary

Heartland Corn Products in Winthrop, MN is seeking a Process Operator to manage ethanol production and associated systems. The role includes operating and cleaning multiple production lines, recording outputs, and supporting maintenance and grain handling tasks.

This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts with rotating day and night schedules, gradual pay advancements based on skills, and a comprehensive benefits package beginning the first month after hire.

Qualifications

• Follow good manufacturing practices and safety rules.
• Operate and monitor ethanol production lines and related systems.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas.
• Keep accurate records of production output and events.
• Assist maintenance with equipment repair and preventive tasks.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and rail cars.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean the production systems (grind, cook, fermentation, yeast propagation, distillation, dehydration, evaporation, dryer).
• Start-up and shut down systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain neat, clean production areas and accurate production records.
• Assist maintenance with equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Assist Grains handling with loading/unloading activities.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
