You will help strengthen controls, drive risk management improvements, and apply automation and AI techniques to support efficient operations in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Proven communication skills and ability to collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams.
• Experience with automation and data analysis to improve processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee order placement for agency and principal ETF create/redeem transactions across assets.
• Execute intra-day and end-of-day processes with automation and data analytics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use Python and SQL to automate tasks, enhance reporting, and improve workflows.
• Perform daily P&L and trade-book reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with traders, custodians, issuers, and other teams to resolve trade breaks.
• Lead strategic initiatives on process improvement and automation.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to streamline operations and risk controls.
