Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an ETF Platform Management Associate in New York to partner with ETF Product Development, Capital Markets, and Investment teams. You will manage the platform and expand ETF offerings across multiple groups, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective governance.

You will support end-to-end platform enhancements, assist in ETF creation/redemption workflows, and deliver quarterly reports to senior management while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working within an ETF business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Independent at driving product initiatives with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operating model and prioritization for ETF platform enhancements in US/Canada.
• Support portfolio management on ETF creation and redemption processes.
• Project managing regulatory and market-structure initiatives affecting ETF.
• Create and maintain fund market creation/redemption policies and disclosures.
• Governance and oversight related to SEC regulations and listing requirements.
• Produce quarterly management and board reports.
