Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end platform enhancements for the ETF business in the U.S. and Canada.
• Support portfolio management in ETF-specific processes (creation/redemption, custom baskets).
• Manage project initiatives, regulatory changes, and market-structure initiatives affecting ETF products.
• Create and maintain fund creation/redemption policies and related disclosures and agreements.
• Governance and oversight of SEC Regulation 6c-11 and exchange listing requirements.
• Produce quarterly reports for management and JPMorgan Funds Board of Trustees.
