Northern Trust is seeking an ETF Operations Product Analyst in the Boston area to support North American ETF servicing, spanning creation/redemption orders, basket handling, and settlement activities. You will work with operations, oversight, and technology teams to ensure accurate execution and strong controls.

This role requires 3–5 years in ETF operations, excellent Excel skills, and ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ETF operations or servicing experience.
• Strong Excel and systems skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational breaks and drive issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ETF servicing across the primary market lifecycle, including creation/redemption order processing, basket production and dissemination, and settlement support.
• Monitor workflow milestones, investigate exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution across teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to manage inquiries and maintain timely workflow execution.
• Produce, validate, and reconcile ETF data to support daily reporting and controls.
• Maintain procedures and operating guides to reflect evolving processes and controls.
